White Stores is the home of outdoor living. Many years ago they spotted a gap in the market for a customer service led approach to retailing. This has led them to manufacture their own designs so as to control quality and so that they can offer long guarantees. It also means that their customer service department is second to none.
Our biggest challenge to begin with was the size of the website. It wasn’t so much that they sold thousands of products, which they do, but more that the site consisted of tens of thousands of pages. A lot of these pages were not customer facing pages but in terms of what Google could see it was difficult to see the wood for the trees. The business was thriving in store as well as online via excellent PPC campaigns but the organic SEO had been overlooked. This was where we came in.

We have seen some amazing results with White Stores. Organic sessions went up by 250% year on year. That’s a staggering three and a half times as many customers browsing the site than did so the previous year.
